• Wallet Addresses and Blockchain Data: When you connect your wallet or make deposits/trades, we collect your wallet address and related on-chain transaction data.
• Account Information: Email address (if provided), username, and account preferences.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction with markets, signals, and catalysts.
• Transaction Data: Details of your deposits, trades, positions, PnL, and settlements.
• Communication Data: Messages sent to our support team.
• Device & Security Telemetry: Device fingerprint (browser/OS/hardware attributes), session identifiers, geolocation approximation from IP, passkey / WebAuthn credential handles, 2FA enrolment state, and login-attempt records. Used for account security, abuse detection, and jurisdiction routing.
• Risk & Anti-Abuse Signals: Behavioral signals across markets, orders, and deposits used to detect wash-trading, spoofing, self-matching, multi-account collusion, and other market-abuse patterns. Includes clustering of wallets and accounts using shared device / network / behavioral fingerprints. Retained for as long as needed to enforce Section 5 (Acceptable use) of the Terms and to defend against ongoing abuse.
• KYT & Sanctions Signals: Screening results from on-chain analytics (OFAC SDN list via 0xB10C, sanctions and blocked-persons lists) applied to deposit and withdrawal addresses. Includes counterparty risk scores and flags for known mixers, tumblers, or illicit-source clusters. See Terms Section 13 for the operational policy.
• Support & Verification Records: When the Operator requests additional information under Terms Sections 3, 13, or in response to compliance obligations, we may collect identity attestations, source-of-funds evidence, and jurisdiction confirmations. Only collected on request; not required for standard use.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform, including automatic deposit detection and USDT settlement;
• Process trades and settle winning positions automatically once outcomes are confirmed;
• Improve our services and user experience;
• Send important notices and security alerts;
• Detect and prevent fraud or technical issues;
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only with:

• Service providers who help operate the Platform (hosting, analytics, etc.);
• Regulatory authorities when required by law;
• In the event of a merger, acquisition, or legal requirement.
